It's an excellent alternative to cotton gauze. Its absorbency stands out and makes it ideal for wound care applications such as a wound dressing. Polyester and rayon blend quickly wicks up wound exudate to prevent maceration for faster healing. This construction is latex-free to be gentle to the skin. McKesson ensures the sponge remains bacteria-free and packages the gauze sponges in sterile packs of two. This minimizes waste and ensures there's not cross-contamination. Each pouch has an easy-peel layer. Choose from a single pack of two, pack of two sponges also adds convenience and prevents waste.
